Fulfillment Policy

Welcome to GovConEDU! As a provider of online courses and training focused on government contracting education, it’s important to us that our students fully understand our policies regarding course access, refunds, cancellations, and support.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our educational content. However, due to the nature of digital course delivery, our refund policy is as follows:
  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed courses, course bundles, or discounted/promotion-based enrollments.
  • To request a refund, please email hello@govconedu.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Course Delivery & Access
  • All GovConEDU training programs are delivered digitally via our secure online learning platform.
  • After purchasing a course, you will receive an email confirmation along with access instructions typically within 15 minutes.
  • If you do not receive your access credentials, please contact us at hello@govconedu.com for assistance.

 

Return Policy
Due to the instant-access nature of online education, returns are not accepted once course access has been delivered. We encourage users to review course previews or outlines before purchasing.
Cancellation Policy
  • One-time course purchases are non-cancellable after access is granted.
  • Subscription or membership services may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but you will retain access for the remainder of the paid period.
  • To cancel a subscription, please email hello@govconedu.com with your account information.

 

Shipping Policy
As GovConEDU delivers digital-only products, no physical shipping applies. All courses and materials are accessed online. Any exceptions (such as printed workbooks or promotional items) will include specific delivery details at the time of purchase.
